If you have stains that are difficult to remove, scratches on the surface, or need to polish your stainless steel, a stainless steel cleaner may be a good option. Some of these cleaners and polishes can help minimize scratching and remove stains. They also can polish surfaces.
Best product as a polish we have found is vitopan stainless steel cleaner. Read the directions on the stainless steel cleaner and test in an inconspicuous spot. Be sure to rinse the area thoroughly and towel dry.
TIP: Make sure that the cleaner contains no chlorine. Chlorine is a natural enemy to stainless steel and can damage the surface easily. Cleaners with abrasive ingredients can scratch and damage the finish of your stainless steel..
Don't always blame the stainless steel cleaner, as water with mineral deposits (hard water) can cause staining and water spots to form on stainless steel. Always remember to dry your stainless steel surfaces with a microfibre cloth after rinsing.
Cleaning without abrasives or chemical
If you still need help with black marks on the stainless steel try magic sponges, they work by using the sponge wet, and remove all sorts of marks from surfaces.
Don’t be alarmed as they use no chemical, but wear out themselves as used. Again use in the direction of grain and watch them work.
Finally, replacement isn’t an expensive option if they have finally been damaged and can transform a building at low cost.
